Responsibilities:
Effectively solve customer inquiries and find the best solution possible to fit the customer's needs Generate long-term customer satisfaction by building genuine relationships Cross-selling and up-selling by assisting customers in finding a product that satisfies their needs The ability to be successful independently as well as collaborating with internal Customer Service teams, clients, and partners on market strategy Collect accurate and updated customer information in our internal database Identify market trends and key opportunities for innovation to enhance the customer experience Impact client experience positively with knowledgeable information about our clientele.
Advocate for customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies, and products Requirements:

Our primary goal as a partner on this campaign is to spread awareness, educate consumers, and facilitate new customer acquisition.
We do this through working directly in person with specific consumers in the surrounding areas.
As we are brand new to the Cleveland area, we are looking to expand our Manager Trainee team! We would not be successful without our account management team.
We are looking for individuals who are customer-centric, driven, and looking to take on a new challenge to join our team as the Manager Trainee.
Responsibilities of the Manager Trainee:
Work closely with senior members of the account management team in order to learn proper customer service and sales techniques, how to interact with client customers, and master all client product knowledge Participate in both classroom and shadow-style training in order to fully understand the ins and outs of the entry level role Meet directly with customers with the goal of building relationships, educating on client products and services, and closing sales when necessary Learn and understand the full sales cycle and be able to complete it while following all client compliance guidelines Keep a customer record of all interactions and be sure to report back to our client with these results in order to ensure customer records are constantly updated Network and trade tips ad tricks with other Sales & Customer Service Representatives to ensure that the team is consistently moving towards the goal Help to teach and train other members of the sales & customer service team that may be struggling Requirements of the Manager Trainee:
