Duties/ Responsibilities Include:
Answering phones Providing customer support Data entry Quoting orders Drafting and sending order confirmations Basic accounting File scanning Successful candidates must:
Have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Be able to address customer inquiries professionally.
Be well organized and attentive to details.
Be willing and able to learn the product line.
Successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
