5K a year 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Reporting to the Director of Stocker Arts Center, the Administrative Associate supports the administrative functions of the department's operations and projects.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
creating and maintaining effective communications for the Director; assisting with budget processes; creating and receipting requisitions; managing multiple budgets; organizing and filing office documents; drafting correspondence on behalf of the Director; creating, organizing and disseminating office information; and opening mail, answering telephone calls, supervision of other support staff and/or student employees, and other functions necessary for the smooth operation of the office.
Incumbent will also be responding to calls related to their assigned projects (e.
g.
event program ad sales campaign) and programs (e.
g.
the Student Matinee bus and ticket funding program) that s/he will be overseeing.
Must be highly accurate, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organized as the incumbent will be detailing edits and changes to artist contracts and riders, as well as making sure that all provisions detailed in the documents are carried out as agreed to (e.
g.
hotel needs, catering/hospitality, transportation requirements, etc.
).
Additionally, the incumbent must maintain the security and confidentiality of all communications and proceedings and will perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Director and participate in the planning process of Stocker Arts Center.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
