? You have customer service experience, preferably in the home service industry.
? You give a good phone call -- call, after call, after call.
? You are professional, precise, and pleasant.
? You know stuff.
Particularly, stuff related to HVAC services.
? You know your way around a computer.
What does our CSR do? ? You'll be juggling schedules, phones, tasks, and everything in between.
? You'll schedule everything from service calls to maintenance and inspections.
? You'll follow up on estimates, quotes, maintenance, and membership agreements.
? You'll make, take, and follow through on lots of calls.
? You'll be kind and courteous.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
