Summary:
The purpose of the Customer Service Representative position is to effectively work with customers to answer questions about orders and shipments, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
Essential Job Functions &
Responsibilities:
Handles incoming calls and customer inquiries:
Provide product assistance such as stock status, lead time, order status, shipping information, and tracking details for customers.
Maintain customer PO files Demand planning jobs into production schedule.
Forecasts parts via Demand Plan Process customer requests for credit or returns if required.
Review customer orders for accuracy in price, delivery, and dates.
Enter customer orders sent via email.
Expedite customer orders as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Customer Satisfaction Effective communication Minimum errors related to assigned tasks Compliance with company policies (e.
g.
Attendance, safety, etc.
) Education &
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Preferred 3-5 years of customer service experience in manufacturing Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
Experience using MRP/ERP systems; a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Ability to work well and communicate effectively with others.

Computer, phone, and all other office equipment.
Physical Demands:
The ability to sit, stand and walk repeatedly throughout the shift.
