$40,000 Responsibilities and Duties Recruiting, screening and interviewing Check-in associates Coordinate new starts and current associates Update Internal Tracking System daily Providing excellent customer service Client Communication Coaching Associates/Problem Solving Issues Employee orientation Safety training Attendance tracking Employee coaching Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication skills Enthusiastic personality Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Must be able to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task Undergraduate degree preferred
