The Property Manager is responsible for leasing, resident retention and the general administration of the property.

Establish schedules and assign personnel to maintenance, housekeeping and emergency coverage Receive and record rent payments, deposit monthly receivables and process delinquent notices Communicate with residents and market to prospective tenants Job Requirements:
Strong verbal and written skills in person and on the computer Knowledge of a property management software, Skyline or Yardi preferred At least 3 to 5 years property management experience Job Type:
