Promptly and professionally answering service calls, and setting and confirming appointments Accurately and thoroughly writing repair orders Acting as a reliable, responsive liaison between the technician and customer Patiently and thoroughly assisting our customers through the service process.
Collaborating with team members regarding proper warranty processing and disclosure OUR EXPECTIONS:
Preferably, although not required, at least 2 years of service experience A strong record of positive customer satisfaction results Good organization skills and a friendly personality Fantastic communication skills A professional personal appearance A team-oriented and self-motivated attitude The ability to work with little supervision Job Type:
