Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service with a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
Efficiently handle circulation desk operations, assisting patrons with various transactions and inquiries.
Stay informed about library programs, resources, and services to effectively promote them to patrons.
Assist with clerical tasks, such as data entry, cash transactions, and program preparation.
Operate and troubleshoot library equipment and technology proficiently.
Maintain the library's collection, including shelving, organizing, and displaying materials.
