Lab Technician

SHIFT INFO: The shift hours for this role are from Sunday - Wednesday, 12am (midnight) - 10:30am, training for first month will be on 1st shift from 8am - 4:30pm before moving over to regular shift hours
The right candidate for this role must be open to all shifts as the schedule can change depending on business and client needs. The Lab Tech will work in the lab with subject matter experts to review, update and revise lab policies and procedures for the site. Previous experience working in a laboratory environment and basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office) are required.
Responsibilities: Compositing samples for lot analysis, including proper sample collection and disposal Labeling containers with correct HMIS labels Sample analysis including XRT,Surface Area, Physicial Testing of catalysts Participates in Gage R&R studies with instruction Housekeeping/Organization including filing sample retains Must have some Chemical/Lab experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
